UpLift Live Conference Ticket Terms & Conditions

  1. Ticket Entitlements: Each ticket entitles the holder to attend the UpLift Live Conference on the stipulated date and provides access to the sessions and amenities as described in the ticket details.

Refund Policy
At UpLift Live, we understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure our ticket policy accommodates your needs while also respecting the commitments and logistics involved in hosting our event.

Flexible Ticket Options: UpLift Live offers a ‘no questions asked’ policy allowing you to switch your ticket between in-person attendance and live stream attendance, and vice versa. This flexibility is available provided the in-person conference is not sold out.

Refund Policy: The refund deadline for UpLift Live 2025 ended on 31 December 2024.

If you can no longer attend in person, you have two options:

  1. Transfer your ticket to someone else at any time. This will be your responsibility, including arranging the sale. Please ensure the organisers are informed of the change so we can update our records.
  2. Switch to an On-Demand (Recordings) ticket, giving you full access to all conference sessions after the event.

  1. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that the UpLift Live Conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will be refunded the ticket price minus a 10% administration fee.
  2. Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the UpLift Live organisers. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another individual, please get in touch with us.
  3. Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or venue. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders at the earliest opportunity.
  4. Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee who is deemed to be behaving inappropriately.
  5. Liability: The organisers of UpLift Live Conference will not be liable for any personal or property damages or losses attendees may incur while attending the event.
  6. Privacy: Personal information provided during the ticket purchase will be used for the purpose of administering the event, and attendees might receive event-related communications. No personal data will be shared with third parties without consent.By purchasing a ticket for UpLift Live Conference, you agree to these terms and conditions.
